Health is very important for an individual. without health a person or an individual is incomplete.
It is very important for us to know if the food we are taking in is nutritious and it is important for us to ensure that our food is good for our health. We cannot deny the fact that sometimes we actually forget to choose food that has good nutritional value because sometimes we prefer eating junk foods.
One of our problem now is the increasing rate of obese people and research studies says that most of the obese people are not eating the right and enough food chitchat's why they are suffering from obesity. They also said that obese people are those whose health is at risk. This findings have alarmed not only the Department of Health but also the World Health Organization (WHO).This information is good to all of us knowing that our country is one of those who have high rating of this health problem.
It is very important to be very aware to our health. We should know those foods that are nutritious and may give our body enough nutrients. We must ensure that the food we are eating is right.If we have doubts, we may ask some pieces of advise to our nutritionist or we may also use the food pyramid as a guide.
Nutrition is very essential to all of us. Eating right food and having a balance diet is such a good habit.We must always remember that, "Pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni baby katapat"
